Thank you New York Times for writing an article about chewing and savoring food instead of inhaling it. The article really reflects what I wrote about in my post about our spinach salads. And it’s a reminder that abundance and more isn’t always better. In fact, sometimes slowing down and having less is what we really need.
- Buy smaller portions of organic and local meats, veggies, and fruits.
- Prep the food to enhance the flavor–not take away from it.
- Slowly savor each and every delectable morsel.
